Compatibility with standards
This website has been designed and programmed following the guidelines of the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative, www.w3.org/WAI/ ), which sets international standards for creating accessible web content to everyone.
Accessibility Guidelines
Various measures have been taken to make the website more accessible, including:
- Logical order of presentation of screen elements.
- Simplified browsing system.
- Descriptive text of the images.
- Keyboard access to main options.
Keyboard shortcuts
Most browsers support go directly to specific links pressing certain key combinations (access keys) defined on the website.
Different browsers use different keys to activate the shortcuts, as shown below: Alt + access key and optionally Introen Internet Explorer. Alt + access key in Google Chrome for Windows and Linux and Ctrl + Opt + access key for Mac. Shift + Alt + access key Firefox for Windows and Linux, Ctrl + Opt + access key for Mac. Shift + Esc + shortcut key Opera for Windows and Mac. Ctrl + Opt + access key in Safari for Mac and Alt + access key for Windows.

Links whose text does not fully describe the destination have title attributes with an explanation.
When possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Some browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera) can extract the list of links on the current page and allow the user to navigate from this list. With this in mind the links are not duplicated and if they are it is because they access the same content.
